Sources: Trump believes sabotage of Fordo is necessary and has not yet made a fi

According to CBS, multiple sources said that US President Trump has learned the pros and cons of bombing Iran's most secure nuclear facility, Fordow, and his thinking is that sabotage of the facility is necessary because of the risk of producing weapons in a relatively short period of time. "Trump doesn't think there are many options. Getting the job done means destroying Fordow," one source said. On Wednesday, a senior intelligence source and Defense Department official said that Trump approved plans for an attack on Iran on Tuesday night, but has not yet made a final decision on whether to strike the country and formally join Israel's air campaign. Trump is willing to involve the United States in the strike if that is needed to destroy the facility, the sources said. As of Thursday morning, he was still considering his options and had not made a clear decision. One option Trump has considered is for Iran to shut down Fordo itself if its leaders want, the sources said.
