Republican leaders in the U.S. House of Representatives suffered a setback on Trump's tax and spending bill Wednesday night local time as the party's slim majority once again created last-minute drama on Capitol Hill, according to the Wall Street Journal. Four Republican lawmakers: Keith Self, Victoria Spaz, Andrew Clyde and Brian Fitzpatrick, joined Democrats in voting against a procedural "rules" vote that, at least for now, prevented the GOP from making it to the final passage stage.
