On June 25th, according to SEC filings, the original Huobi founder Li Lin indirectly holds 5.9% of the shares of Tiger Securities (UP Fintech Holding Limited) through his wholly-owned Avenir Tech Limited, with a total of 10,667,580 American Depositary Shares (ADS). According to the announcement, Avenir Tech is wholly owned by Avenir View, which in turn is wholly owned by Avenir Investment, and Li Lin is the sole shareholder of Avenir Investment.
