Iran and the United States have made progress in talks on their nuclear program
Mohammad al-Islami, head of Iran's Atomic Energy Organisation, said on Saturday that Iran had made progress in talks over its nuclear programme. "We have seen some progress in indirect negotiations with the US [over Iran's nuclear programme]," Mr. Eslami was quoted as saying by Iran's state news agency. Mr. Trump had previously said a new nuclear deal with Iran should allow the US to destroy any of its nuclear facilities. At the same time, he noted that he believed a deal with Iran could be reached "within the next two weeks". (Sputnik)
